- Notification of acceptance : April 20, 2012
- Deadline for submission of the copyright form : May 14, 2012
- Deadline for final submission : May 14, 2012
Paper specifications
Submitted papers must follow these specifications:
- Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm x 297mm)
- Paper Length: Maximum 4 pages, including figures, tables & references
- Do NOT insert page numbers
- File Format: PDF only (.pdf)
- Allowed File Size: 2.0Mb
- Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file
- Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
Important Note: Deviations from the above paper specifications could impede
the review of your paper and result in rejection.
Reminder: At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper
in order for the paper to be publish in the conference proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore digital library. One regular author registration can cover up to 2 papers.
Paper submission: Papers have to be submitted through the paper submission web page at ePaper.
