Proposal guidelines

A special session proposal must include no more than 2 pages providing the following informations:

• Title of the session (approx. 10 words);
• Extended Abstract (approx. 200 words);
• Table of content (as detailed as possible);
• List of the intended invited papers (title, short abstract and author's names);
• Biography of lecturers.

Important note: Special session must include five (5) papers.

Proposals have to be submitted to the Special Sessions Co-Chairs via e-mail at info@newcas.org. Write "NEWCAS2012: Special session proposal" in the subject line. You should receive confirmation of reception within 24 hours.

Special session papers have to be submitted through the paper submission web page. Check regularly as the link will be available on this page shortly. Make sure to select the special session track in the choice of topics.

Schedule⁽¹⁾:
Deadline for special sessions proposals: EXTENDED to January 31, 2012
Notification of special session accepted proposal: February 2, 2012
Deadline for special sessions paper submission: March 1, 2012
Deadline for submission of final 4 pages manuscript: May 14, 2012
